a film by Nele Münchmeyer
Synopsis
more music less talk.
The documentation from Nele Muenchmeyer brings us to Mumai better known as Bombay. Bombay is India’s largest city and the heart of the film industry. Almost a thousand films are produced per year here in Bollywood and in the metropolises Chennai and Hyderbad.
Having films without music is unthinkable in India; all of the hottest catchy tunes come from the cinema .Six to eight original songs are spread out over the good three hour plot. Next to the stars and the director, the composer is the most important factor for the success of a production.
